Manchester will now hold all apartments for move-ins by 8/15/09 with an approved application ($20 fee) and a full security deposit of $400.00. These leases are for a full 12 month lease.

**Note-Effective 6/2/09-Any apartment held by new deposit for a move-in starting 7/1/09 or after doesn't qualify for free month of rent specials listed below.

Tenants will also only have to pay 200.00 down before move-in, and can pay the additional 200.00 at move-in if they would like if they are moving within a 30 day period. All those apartments being held longer than 30 days are required to pay entire security deposit of 400.00 up front!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

******Manchester is now accepting rent, utility amounts due to us (not the ones you receive from Ameren IP or Illinois American Water), and late/nsf fee payments online through a company called Paylease.Com. The charge you will incur for an e-check payment is $2.20 regardless of the amount paid. The charge you will incur for a debit/credit card payment is 3% of whatever amount you are paying. ****Remember this is a convenience, and you can still pay cash, check, or money order by mail or directly to the Leasing Office to not incur any additional fees for payments.**** The link to setup payment is on the left side of the main page!!!!!- for additional info/rules about the site see below!
(You will need to know amounts to pay as the payment website is not ours and will not be able to tell you. Any questions you have about the site should be forwarded to Paylease (the online payment company), and their contact info is on the main page for their site. ALSO****** This payment website is for CURRENT TENANTS only, so all payments made to us before you are APPROVED to rent through us (ie. Application Fees, Security Deposits) must be paid in either cash, check, or money order to the MPMI Office despite the fact the payment website says it allows for those payments online- Thanks!!)
