All parking in Manchester Property Management properties is unassigned.  Tenants are allowed to have one parking place for a one bedroom apartment, and two parking places for a two bedroom apartment and three bedroom townhome.  If parking for additional vehicles is needed or if tenants have guests they need to park in designated parking areas that can be found out by calling the MPMI Leasing Office @ 217-359-0248.  Any vehicle that is undriveable and is not removed by tenant or tenants may be towed at owners expense.  Any vehicles belonging to someone other than a tenant or tenants may also be towed if parked in a parking area other than those designated by Manchester Property Management as "Guest Parking Areas".
