When a tenant/tenants is/are ready to move-out they need make sure to come by the MPMI Leasing Office at least 30 Days in advance of the date of move-out to fill out necessary paperwork. This also must fall anytime on or after the final date of the lease term. All tenants listed under a lease need to sign the paperwork in order for there to be a legal and valid move-out. Tenant/tenants will need to make sure that all utilities stay in their name until the move-out date, but would need to call both electricity and water companies to let them know move-out date to revert services back to Manchester Property Management to pay. Postal box keys will not need to be returned and can be disposed of at move-out as the US Postal Service will re-lock the postal box for an apartment each time there is a new tenant. Please also make sure to make sure all your mail is forwarded to your new address.
