You pass through the building where web site design company resides and then you follow the route to the leasing office for Manchester property management. The Leasing Office for Manchester Property Management can be found by taking the Neil St. Exit off I-74 (the second main exit in Champaign travelling East on I-74, the second to the last main exit in Champaign when travelling West on I-74). Then take a left when travelling East on 74(take a right when travelling West on 74) onto Neil St. traveling North on Neil St. where you will continue going North past the corner of Neil St. and Town Center Blvd. until you are directly behind Hobby Lobby and Marketplace Mall in Northwest Champaign where you will find the Carisbrooke Complex.  The Leasing Office can be found in the back Eastside of the complex.
